Ruiz accepts step-aside deal

Valuev vs Haye is on

WBA mandatory challenger John Ruiz has agreed to step aside allowing WBA heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev to go ahead with a planned voluntary November 7th defense against David Haye. Lawyers are currently putting the agreement in writing and the paperwork should be sent to the WBA by the end of this week.
