American referee Robert Hoyle will be the third man in the ring when Mexican WBA interim bantamweight champion Hugo Ruiz (27-1, 25 KOs) defends against compatriot Francisco Arce (31-6-3, 22 KOs) at the Polideportivo Centenario in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico on Saturday. The three judges are Pasquale Procopio (Canada) , Jesus Cova (Venezuela) and Carlos Sucre (Venezuela). The fight Supervisor is Jose Graglia (Argentina). Fox Deportes will televise in the USA.
