Puerto Rican referee Roberto Ramirez Jr. will be the third man in the ring when interim WBA bantamweight champion Hugo “Cuatito” Ruiz (29-1, 26 KOs) defends against Venezuelan challenger Yonfrez Parejo (11-0-1, 4 KOs) on Saturday night at the Gimnasio Auditorio in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The three judges are Sergio Caiz (U.S.), David Singh (Panama) and Gustavo Jarquin (Nicaragua). The fight supervisor is Miguel Prado from Panama.
