There is a possibility that Mexican prospect Salvador Sanchez II (30-4-3, 18 KOs) could face undefeated Puerto Rican featherweight Jayson Velez (19-0, 14 KOs) on the December 1 Cotto-Trout card at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Sanchez has been training for the last two months in New York and is looking to campaign in the U.S. in order to get a title shot.
