Fightnews has been informed by Oswado Kuchle, promoter of IBF super featherweight champion Juan Carlos Salgado, that TMT Promotions never delivered on the fight contract for a proposed clash between Salgado (26-1-1, 16 KOs) and unbeaten former WBA featherweight champion Yuriorkis Gamboa. “I believe that the November 17 TV date is no longer available,” said Kuchle. “IBF champion Salgado will now consider other offers we have on the table for him including a TV date on Mexican network Televisa.”
