Mexican prospect Salvador Sanchez II (29-4-3, 17 KOs), nephew of Mexican ring legend Salvador Sanchez, returns this Saturday against an opponent to be determined after a break of only 21 days after his last victory by third round TKO against Marino Montiel. Sanchez will defend his WBC Cabofe featherweight crown in a special boxing event at the Hotel Presidente Intercontinental, Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico. “I hope to do my best in this new fight. I want to fight with the brightest names and look for a world title fight. I don’t care about names but I’d like Jhonny Gonzalez give me the opportunity for the WBC featherweight crown,” stated Sanchez who is hoping for a world title fight this year.
