Sarritzu-Bonnel collide

On Friday night, OPI 2000, the Italian company led by Salvatore and Christian Cherchi, will stage a show in Selargius (Cagliari) on Sardinia Island. In the main event, European flyweight champion Andrea Sarritzu (30-4-4, 12 KOs), rated WBC #7, WBO/IBF #5 will defend his title against Frenchman Alain Bonnel. It will be the first defense of the EBU crown for Sarritzu.

On the undercard three OPI prospects, welterweight Luciano Abis (27-1-1, 13 KOs), lightweight Luca Giacon (9-0, 9 KOs) and super middleweight Mouhamed Ali Ndiaye (16-1, 9 KOs) will fight in six rounders. Italian network Dahlia Sport 2 will broadcast the show starting at 9PM.
