According to information obtained by Fightnews.com, WBC silver super featherweight champion Sergio “Yeyo” Thompson could challenge WBC world champ Takahiro Aoh on December 1 in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico during the WBC’s 50th Convention. Thompson also could fight September 15 in Las Vegas on the Saul “Canelo” Alvarez card.
