Les Sherrington and Yori Boy Campas came face to face at the final press conference today at Lauxes restaurant. Both camps are highly confident that they are going to take out the win and it has really set the scene for a great spectacle. With trainer and manager Joe Diaz stating that, “Yori Boy has had a hard training camp for this fight, we have taken it back to the ‘olden style’ by chopping wood and shoveling gravel, we have come to win.”
However Sherrington remains confident and isn’t fazed by Mr Diaz comments saying he is in the best shape of his life for the biggest fight of his life. “This has been a great preparation, I’m in the best shape of my life for the biggest fight of my life and I cant wait for Saturday night.”
Sherrington’s trainer Brendon Smith reiterated Sherrington’s statement with; “It’s a great test for Les, coming up against not only a legend in the ring, but a legendary trainer in Joe Diaz. I believe in Les and Les believes in me and I believe he will prove me right come Saturday night.”
The fights will take place on July 28 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition center and tickets are available now at ticketek.com.au at just $20 for children and $37 dollars for adults.
