Former WBA bantamweight champion Wladimir Sidorenko (21-2-2, 7 KOs) is preparing for a fight on August 28 against an opponent to be named. The bout will take place at the European Square in Kiev, Ukraine. Until then, he will be training at a training camp locally. After his fight against Anselmo Moreno, Sidorenko left Universum Box-Promotion. “In a few days I’ll sign a contract with promoter Vadim Bukhkalov from Elite Boxing Promotions,” Sidorenko told Fightnews.com. “Then, I’ll prepare in Los Angeles with trainer Freddie Roach. However, I’m glad to be back in the Ukraine and boxing here for my fans.”
