The glow hasn’t worn off yet for Jay Silva. Days before he steps into the Octagon for the second time this Monday night, to face Chris Leben on the UFC Fight Night card in Fairfax, Virginia, the 28-year old native of Rio De Janeiro is as happy to be here as he was before his first bout last September against CB Dollaway. Missing the holidays, making weight, getting ready to take on a hungry opponent looking to take his head off – none of it bothers Silva, and his enthusiasm is infectious.. . . .
