Former world champion Edgar Sosa (45-7, 27 KOs) will defend his WBC flyweight silver crown against Japan’s Shigetaka Ikehara on Saturday at the Centro de Espectàculos de la Feria in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. Ikehara brings a record of 22-3-2 with 18 KOs. The popular Ceja brothers return the same night. Superfly Luis “Gallo” Ceja (22-1-3, 18 KOs) faces Ivan Meneses (17-10-1, 10 KOs), while his bantamweight brother Julio “Pollito” Ceja (19-0, 18 KOs) faces Genaro Camargo (39-12, 31 KOs). Also WBC #11 rated Dante “Crazy” Jardon (20-2, 18 KOs) faces the experienced Miguel “Mickey” Roman (37-10, 28 KOs) a 10-round super featherweight encounter.
