Fight fans will continue their Independence Day weekend fireworks on July 7 when Golden Boy Promotions presents a night of boxing featuring veteran favorites Jesus Soto Karass and Euri Gonzalez at The Hangar at the Orange County Fair & Event Center as part of a doubleheader televised live on FOX Sports Net and FOX Deportes. Soto Karass (25-7-3, 16 KOs) and Gonzalez (20-2-1, 14 KOs) will meet in a 10-round junior middleweight main event while a 10-round co-feature will see a junior lightweight clash between unbeaten Mexican Olympian Francisco Vargas (11-0-1, 9 KOs) and Puerto Rico’s Irving Torres (9-2, 7 KOs).
