Spinks, Latimore reach accord!

The purse bid scheduled for for the vacant IBF jr. middleweight title between Cory Spinks and Deandre Latimore has been canceled. The two sides have reached an agreement with site and date to be announced.

The purse bid scheduled for January 22 for the IBF welterweight mandatory defense between champion Joshua Clottey and Kermit Cintron has been canceled after Cintron decided to go in another direction. Three other IBF purse bids remain scheduled for the 22nd:
1) An IBF cruiserweight eliminator between B.J. Flores and Wayne Braithwaite
2) An IBF bantamweight eliminator between Silence Mabuza and Yonnhy Perez
3) An IBF jr. flyweight eliminator between Bert Batawang and Carlos Tamara
