As WBO mandatory challenger Rocky Juarez has decided not to challenge WBO featherweight champion Steven Luevano and no agreement for that bout has been reached, the January 12th WBO purse bid for Luevano-Juarez has been cancelled. Luevano will now be making a voluntary defense in his next bout.
