Tapia behind bars again

Johnny Tapia has been arrested again, and taken into custody by the New Mexico Department of Corrections. Though Tapia was given permission from his probation and parole officer to go to Las Cruces, where he resides again, he was not given the green light to go on a trip to Red River. At a bar in Red River, Tapia was involved in a verbal confrontation –the altercation and the trip violated his terms of parole.
