Tijuana declared safe for fight fans!

On March 28, Top Rank is promoting Latin Fury 8, featuring four of Mexico’s biggest names in boxing live on pay-per-view from the 21,000-seat Plaza de Toros Monumental bullring in Tijuana, Mexico. Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum; chairman of Top Rank, Fernando Beltran, Mexico’s top promoter; The Honorable Jorge Ramos, Mayor of Tijuana; and Oscar Escobedo, Baja California Secretary of Tourism, hosted a no-holds-barred media conference call today to address U.S. media reports and stories on the crime and safety in Tijuana.
