Everything is ready for title fight between WBA super welterweight world champion Austin Trout and challenger David Lopez this Saturday in San Luis Potosi in an event organized by HG Boxing and broadcast by Televisa.
“I am ready for this fight,” said Trout. “It’s my first title defense and I’m back in Mexico. Lopez is a very challenging opponent but I’m confident that I’ll achieve victory. I still have a lot to prove but this is the start.”
The bout between Mexican female legend Ana Maria Torres and Brazilian challenger Vanessa Guimaraes is expected to a great fight for the WBC super flyweight world title of Torres.
“I want to win this fight impressively,” stated Torres. “My goal now is a rematch with Jackie Nava and hopefully everything goes well to focus on that fight.”
