Promoters for the September 1st HBO Boxing After Dark event at Turning Stone Resort Casino have released the non-televised undercard. Fans can enjoy a total of eight fights Saturday night, including the televised main event featuring undefeated WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (23-0, 20 KOs) defending his title against highly regarded Grzegorz Proksa (28-1, 21 KOs).
The televised co-feature showcases former WBO jr. middleweight champion Sergiy “Razor” Dzinziruk (37-1, 23 KOs) versus undefeated contender Jonathan Gonzalez (15-0, 13 KOs), the current NABO and WBA FEDELATIN jr. middleweight titleholder.
Bouts on the non-televised undercard include light heavyweight Ryon McKenzie (10-0-0, 9 KOs) versus Borngood Washington (3-11-0, 1 KO); cruiserweight Bryan Clookey (4-0-1, 2 KOs) against Rayshawn Myers (4-14-0, 3 KO); light heavyweight Shawn Miller (8-4-1, 4 KOs) of versus Richard Starnino (9-9-2, 2 KOs); junior welterweight Jorge Maysonet, Jr. (8-0-0, 7 KOs) against Bryan Abraham (6-13-2, 6 KOs); junior welterweight Tony Luis (14-0-0, 6 KOs) facing Andres Ledesma (18-20-1, 13 KOs) and super middleweight Taureano Johnson (10-0-0, 7 KOs) against Cleven Ishe (3-8-0, 1 KO).
