Undefeated prospects light heavyweight Alfonso Lopez, 12-0 (10 KOs), and featherweight Crystal Delgado, 8-0 (1 KO), co-headline Rock Solid Promotion’s latest fight night at the Crowne Plaza Hotel ballroom in Houston, TX, on March 26. Lopez will most likely pad his record against Billy Thompson, 8-9 (3 KOs), while 18-year-old Delgado faces the sternest test of her young career against Stacy Reile, 8-1 (3 KOs). The undercards are rife with unbeaten local fighters the likes of Willie Edwards, 5-0 (2 KOs), Sam DiPace, 5-0 (3KOs), Johana Mendez 3-0 (1 KO) and Dustin Jones 1-0 (1 KO). Perennial sparring partner to many highly-ranked lightweights/junior welterweights Jose “Tapita” Gutierrez, 12-5 (9 KOs), a vicious body puncher and local crowd favorite, will also fight on the card.
