‘Undefeated Champions’ presser

The official press conference to announce the May 29th Pay-Per-View titled ‘Undefeated Champions’ was held today at the Teatro Braulio Castillo in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. In the main event WBO Junior featherweight champion Wilfredo Vázquez Jr. of Puerto Rico (18-0-1, 15 KOs) will defend his title against unbeaten Universum-promoted Zsolt Bedak (15-0, 5 KOs) of Hungary. The co-feature will have WBO super featherweight champion Román ‘Rocky’ Martínez (23-0-1, 14KOs) of Puerto Rico defending against Gonzalo Munguía (17-6-3, 13KOs) of Nicaragua. PR Best Boxing (Iván and Peter Rivera) in association with All Star Boxing’s Félix ‘Tutico’ Zabala will promote the event.

Iván Rivera (PR Best Boxing President): Once again we are happy with the opportunity to work with All Star Boxing’s Félix ‘Tutico’ Zabala and deliver an oustanding fight card for the fans featuring world champions Wilfredo Vázquez Jr. and Román Rocky’ Martínez.

Wilfredo Vázquez Jr.: My training camp has already begun and I’m putting %100 effort into my preparation as always. I will deliver an oustanding performance in front of my people come May 29th.

Román Rocky’ Martínez: Once again I’m fighting in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and this time along with Vázquez Jr. This is my house where I’ve fought several times. I’m preparing hard as always in order to successfully defend my title.

Zsolt Bedak: I’ve come to Puerto Rico not only to challenge for the world title but I’ve come to win it. I will be well prepared come fight night and leave Puerto Rico with the world title.
