In April 2007, seven-foot WBA heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev (50-1) suffered his only career defeat against Ruslan Chagaev. Although he later reclaimed the WBA belt against John Ruiz and defended it against Evander Holyfield, the “Russian Giant” still has a score to settle with Chagaev when they meet in a much anticipated rematch on May 30th in the Hartwall Arena in Helsinki. “I think it’s a very interesting fight. I had a long wait. This is the most important fight of my life!” says Valuev.
