Top Rank’s September 13th card, which will be televised on a special edition of ESPN2 Friday Night Fights (even though it’s on a Thursday night), is shaping up nicely. In the main event, popular unbeaten welterweight Jesse Vargas (19-0, 9 KOs) takes on Aron Martinez (18-1-1, 4 KOs) in a ten-rounder.
The co-feature is an attractive ten rounder between super featherweight KO artists Luis Cruz (19-1, 15 KOs) and Jose Felix, Jr. (20-1-1, 17 KOs).
The undercard is loaded with undefeated prospects.
