Two-time Junior Featherweight World Champion Israel Vazquez officially announced his return to the ring on Thursday after a 19 month hiatus to face Angel Priolo on October 10 at Nokia Theatre at L.A. LIVE in downtown Los Angeles in a fight which will be televised in Latin America. Also on hand during Thursday’s presser was Golden Boy Promotions partner Bernard Hopkins.
