In front of a sold out crowd of approximately 450, former 2004 United States Olympic team captain Devin Vargas returned to his winning ways with a solid, if unspectacular, eight round unanimous decision over trialhorse Terrell Nelson in the heavyweight main event of Wednesday’s “VIP Boxing” show. The six-bout “VIP Boxing” card was hosted at the restaurant Russo’s On The Bay in Queens, New York and promoted by Joe DeGuardia of Star Boxing. (More)
