In a change of opponents, WBA #6 featherweight Nicholas Walters(17-0, 14 KOs) will now face Argel Salinas (14-8, 7 KOs) of Mexico on the undercard of the Moreno-Parra title bout in Panama on February 26th. Salinas will step in replacing the Jamaican prospect’s earlier foe, Edgar Riovalle. The Mexican holds the WBC Youth Intercontinental title (a belt he won by stopping Riovalle in 2 rounds). ” I hear that Salinas really comes to fight,” commented Walters, “and that’s fine with me. It should be a good fight.”
