WBA #10 middleweight Robbie Bryant (15-1-1, 7 KOs) will return to ring action on Friday when he will clash with Filipino Arnel Tinampay (17-13-1, 5 KOs) over twelve rounds at the Italian Club in Perth, Western Australia. New Zealand born Bryant was an outstanding amateur who boxed current IBF champion Daniel Geale in the simon pure ranks. “Robbie has shown he has the skills to mix it with the best and now he is world rated we would be interested in a world title opportunity,” said promoter Ty Colman. In other action leading Australian 175 pounder David Letizia (9-2-1, 4 KOs) will have a solid test against Gunnar Jackson (12-2-2, 4 KOs) over twelve rounds. “Dave boxed a draw with Gunnar back in 2010 and this promises to be an action packed contest,” said Colman.
