WBA #2 Petacorlin stops Singmanasak

WBA #2 108 pounder Randy Petacorlin (19-1-1, 14 KOs) stopped Samranasak Singmanasak (35-20-1, 27 KOs) in round three of a scheduled twelve to retain the PABA title at the Malvern Town Hall in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia on Friday. Petacorlin dominated the Thai from the first bell and in round three a body shot dropped Singmanasak and the referee Tony Marretta crowned the hard punching Filipino. Petacorlin is chasing a shot at WBA champion Roman Gonzalez.

Light middleweight Ben Capps (8-1-, 2 KOs) outpointed Oscar Ledlin (7-1, 3 KOs) via ten round majority decision.Scores 96-96, 97-93, 96-93. Both boxers suffered cuts over their eyes. Capps captured the WBC Contintental title.

Middleweight Michael Zerafa (12-0, 6 KOs) stopped Manopnoi Singmanasak (10-17, 6 KOs) in round two of a scheduled eight Referee Tony Marretta saved the a Thai from further punishment in round two.

Terry Tzouramanis (11-1-3, 5 KOs) outscored Alex Ahtong (8-25-5, 5 KOs) over eight rounds by scores 78-74, 79-73, 78-74 to retain the Victorian State 140 pound title.

Light middleweight Joel Camilleri stopped Dennapa Bigshotcamp in round four of a scheduled six. Referee Anthony Hibbs crowned Camilleri in round four.

Super middleweight Alex Don outscored Benjamin Harvie by scores 39-37, 40-36, 40-36.
