The Board of the World Boxing Association is meeting today and tomorrow in Miami, Florida, to discuss various issues related to the development of boxing in the WBA, current rankings and other business. One source has indicated that representatives of Richard April could make a formal protest over his controversial loss against former world champion Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios.
