The WBA has announced a purse bid for a fight between WBA super featherweight world champion Celestino Caballero and his mandatory challenger Nicolas Walters. It is scheduled for September 13 at WBA Headquarters in Panama. The auction will be overseen by WBA Executive Vice President Gilberto Jesus Mendoza.
