WBA calls for Moreno-Kameda mandatory

The WBA World Championships Committee has reported that the camps of Panamanian bantamweight super world champion Anselmo “Chemito” Moreno and Japanese bantamweight regular world champion Koki Kameda have been told to begin negotiations for the mandatory fight between them to define the absolute WBA world champion in that weight category. The parties will have 30 days to reach a deal. In the absence of an agreement. the WBA will call a purse bid to finalize the fight.
