The Peruvian WBA light flyweight world champion, Alberto “Chiquito” Rossel (29.8, 13 KOs) will make his second title defense on March 16 in Callao against Panamanian challenger Walter Tello (18-6, 7 KOs). Rossel made his first defense last August 18 by winning a 12-round unanimous decision against Colombian Karluis Diaz at the Coliseo Miguel Grau, Callao, Peru.
