American light heavyweight Aaron Pryor Jr. (16-6, 11 KOs) will be the acid test for Australia’s Blake Capparello (13-0, 6 KOs) when they clash over ten rounds at the Croatian Club at Ardeer, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia on Friday. Pryor is coming off losses to Will Rosinsky, Adonis Stevenson and Thomas Oosthuizen but holds a 2011 win over former world title challenger Librado Andrade.
On the undercard recent WBO super middleweight challenger Nader Hamdan (43-10-1, 18 KOs) will clash with Serge Yannick (14-2, 7 KOs) over ten rounds for the national 168 pound title. Hamdan is coming off a hard fought points loss to Robert Stieglitz in a WBO title bout in May. Yannick lost in six rounds to IBO champion Thomas Oosthuizen in March. Promoter Charlie Liparota.
