Workouts open to the public!

The fighting pride of York, Pennsylvania, Carney Bowman, will host a public/media workout tomorrow, Tuesday, March 3rd at 5pm in advance of his headlining return to the Valencia Ballroom this Saturday night at the “BATTLE OF YORK 3″.
