Zerafa Defeats Olarte

Australian light middleweight Michael Zerafa outpointed Filipino Rey Anton Olarte over ten rounds at the Malvern Town Hall in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia on Friday. Zerafa visited the canvas but went on to win by scores 97-92, 96-94, 95-94.

In the main supporting bout, light middleweight Oscar Ledin outscored Joel Camilleri over eight rounds by scores 77-75, 77-75, 77-75. Ledin captured the Victorian title.

Classy super featherweight Jack Ellis stopped Thai import Saming Chopchai in round two. Referee Ignatius Missailidis crowned Ellis at 2.10 when towel was thrown. Ellis is the son of former IBF 130 pound world champion Lester Ellis

Light welterweight Terry Tzouramanis outscored Alex Ahtong over six rounds by scores 58-56, 59-57, 57-57.

Light middleweight Ben Capps stopped Michael Dan Rubio in round five of scheduled six.

Heavyweight Craig Vitale stopped Johnny Kavana in round one of a scheduled four

Welterweight Michael Esgandari stopped Ollie Towey in round one of a scheduled four
