Macau card moved to December!

The planned Macau card being put up by Top Rank Inc. will most likely be moved to December 13. No less than Top Rank big boss Bob Arum revealed the plan to “Sports Chat” hosted by this writer Friday morning aired live over Philippine station DZSR Sports Radio 918kHz. Initially, Arum wants to stage a championship card in Macau on October 11 featuring world flyweight champion Nonito Donaire, Jr. in a mandatory title defense against Moruti Mthalane of South Africa. Arum will now include Donaire for his November 1 fight card top billed by newly-crowned WBA welterweight champion Antonio Margarito possibly against Joshua Clottey in a unification match. Also during the show Arum gave updates on his dealings with Golden Boy Promotions regarding the much-talked about Oscar De La Hoya vs. Manny Pacquiao megabout.
