Samuels smokes Logan!

Junior welterweight Derrick Samuels (15-3-1) stopped Donnell Logan (10-16) in the first round on Friday night at the A la Carte Pavillion in Tampa, Florida. Samuels hurt Logan with a body shot and Logan was not able to recover. In the co-feature, jr middleweight Keith Thurman moved to 5-0 with five first round knockouts by destroying Jessie Davis 9-10 in 2:45 seconds of the first stanza. (More)
