Bartnik eyes WBF title! Tuesday, July 1 2008 By Ryszard Koczura Despite being 40 years old, Wojciech Bartnik (19-4-1, 9 KOs) is not going to call it a day for a while. Former amateur star wants to get a shot at the vacant WBF cruiserweight title. On Saturday Bartnik seized WBF International belt, winning a shutout points decision over Ukrainian Oleksandr Gerashchenko (15-12, 7 KO). The ever young Pole used his vast experience and brilliant technique to completely outclass his opponent.
