Mijares, Munoz workout!

Both WBC super flyweight champion Cristian Mijares and WBA champion Alexander Munoz stood eye to eye on Sunday during an open workout in Gomez Palacio, Mexico. As Mijares was just finishing his training session, Munoz arrived with his team for his workout. It was not known how the fighters would react when meeting just days before going to war in the ring, however, to the relief of everyone, the fighters greeted each other and smiled for television cameras and photographers without exchanging any cross words. Munoz gave a pat on the shoulder to his adversary as a sign of camaraderie. Both fighters looked to be in tremendous shape for Saturday's title unification showdown, which can be seen in the United States on pay-per-view.
