Reyes, Bolanos in Kissimmee!

Fighters headlining Friday's Telemundo card at the Kissimmee Civic Center have arrived in Kissimmee. Florida. WBO Latin lightweight titlist Jose "El Gallo" Reyes (22-4. 8 KOs) of Caguas, Puerto Rico arrived on Tuesday night and said "I'm well prepared to defend my title, I work very hard to win it and nothing will stop me in my way to a world title." Reyes' foe Noe "Platanito" Bolanos (10-0-1, 9 KOs) of Ciudad Obregon , Mexico arrived today and was very confident saying "Reyes is a good fighter. I'm glad he gave me the opportunity because I will dethrone him. I've been training for 2 months and feel in excellent shape. The WBO #8 Reyes is coming off a "Fight of the Year" candidate last March 28 when he had to get off the canvas twice to finally stop Ivan Valle in round four to successfully defend his title for the second time.
The weigh-in is at 5PM on Thursday at Buffalo Wild Wings located on 1307 Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee and is open to the public so fans can meet and greet the fighters. Tickets are $40 and $20 ($5 more day of event). Call 407-935-1412.
