Chagaev, Sturm set to defend!

Ten days before the July 5th "Universum Champions Night" billed as "Night of Rematches" WBA world champions Ruslan Chagaev and Felix Sturm are putting the finishing touches on their conditioning at the famed Universum Gym in Hamburg. Chagaev will defend his heavyweight championship against seven-foot Nikolai Valuev and Sturm will defend his middleweight belt against Randy Griffin. In preparation for the "Russian Giant," Chagaev's trainer Michael Timm lined up four sparring partners for Chagaev with an average height of 6'8, the tallest being Julius Long, who's actually an inch taller than Valuev.
