Bradley ready for Cherry!

WBC light welterweight champion Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley (22-0, 11 KOS) participated in the WBC 7 day mandatory weigh in today at The Boy and Girls Club in Cathedral City, California. Bradley weighed in at 142 pounds. He's scheduled to defend his title against Edner "Cherry Bomb" Cherry (24-5-2) in a 12-round battle that will air live on SHOWTIME Championship Boxing from the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, Biloxi, Mississippi next Saturday. Said Bradley, "I'm just ready to fight. I've been ready for a while now both mentally and physically. I'm resting up now since I am ready to go the distance next Saturday. My team and I have watch Edner's fights so we know what to expect and how to work my game so he can't connect his shots. I'm going to undetonate the cherry bomb next Saturday."
