The game Ulrich was down three times from hooks to the liver in round seven and Barashian's brutal body attack finally finished him in the eighth. Time was :56. In the co-feature, WBO Intercontinental cruiserweight champion Alexander Alekseev (14-0, 13 KOs) battered Talmadge Griffis (24-8-3, 16 KOs) dropping him twice before the bout was stopped at the beginning of round three.
