Former super lightweight title challenger Jack Catterall (27-1, 13 KOs) will face multi-weight world champion Jorge Linares (47-8, 29 KOs) at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool, England, on October 21, live worldwide on DAZN. Catterall is determined to make up for lost time and challenge for gold at 140lbs once again following his hugely controversial loss to former undisputed world champion Josh Taylor back in February 2022.

Jake Paul and Nate Diaz and their teams got into a brawl during face off at final presser before they go to war this Saturday at AAC in Dallas!!

Good news for U.S. fight fans. ESPN+ has picked up the September 23 rematch between heavyweight Zhilei “Big Bang” Zhang (25-1-1, 20 KOs) and Joe Joyce (15-1, 14 KOs) at OVO Arena Wembley in London. Zhang shook up the heavyweight division with a stunning knockout against Joyce earlier this year, now he’ll look to do it again.

The card also features the return of two-time light heavyweight title challenger Anthony Yarde (23-3, 22 KOs) against Ricky Summers (19-3-1, 6 KOs).

The card will air on TNT Sports (formerly BT Sport) in the UK.

The City of Omaha will honor undisputed welterweight champion Terence “Bud” Crawford with a victory parade and celebration on Saturday August 12.

“Let’s celebrate Terence together for his outstanding achievements as a world champion and coach and mentor to the youth at B&B Sports Academy,” said Mayor Jean Stothert. “His genuine interest in the young people of Omaha shows his real strength in preparing the next generations for success. Two-division world champion, Oscar Valdez, is more motivated than ever for what could mark the beginning of a historic rivalry. He will challenge three-division world champion and Mexican countryman Emanuel Navarrete for his WBO junior lightweight world title on Saturday, August 12, at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.

After a recent training session in Lake Tahoe, this is what Valdez said:

WBA #2, WBC #4, IBF #7, WBO #7 lightweight William “El Camarón” Zepeda (28-0, 24 KOs) will face Mercito “No Mercy” Gesta (34-3-3, 17 KOs) in a twelve round fight on September 16 from the Commerce Casino on September 16 and broadcast worldwide on DAZN.

“Mexican Independence Day weekend and boxing go hand-in-hand, and we’re excited to bring fans a show September 16,” said promoter Oscar De La Hoya. “Zepeda is a relentless fighting machine who will be looking to showcase his skills on the biggest weekend in boxing. But Mercito Gesta is coming off the best victory of his career over a former world champion and is hungry for more. There will be fireworks between these two warriors.”

In the co-main event, featherweight Victor “El Tornado” Morales (18-0-1, 9 KOs) will face Edwin “Pupo” Palomares (18-4-2, 9 KOs) in a 10-round fight. Morales was last seen pulling off the upset of his career against Diego De La Hoya last April.

The WBO has rendered a decision on the situation in the 154lb division after current undisputed junior middleweight champion Jermell Charlo opted to move up two divisions to fight undisputed super middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez rather than proceed with his overdue mandatory fight against Tim Tszyu.

Charlo will be allowed to enter the ring and be announced as the undisputed junior middleweight champion against Canelo for their September 30 fight, but once that happens, Charlo’s status and recognition as WBO champion will be terminated and Tim Tszyu will be automatically elevated from interim champion to full champion status.

If the Canelo-Charlo bout does not take place on September 30, for whatever reasons, the WBO junior middleweight title shall be declared “vacant” and Tim Tszyu shall be automatically elevated from interim champion to full champion status.

After Terence Crawford scored a brutal stoppage win over Errol Spence Jr. last Saturday night, the two stars shared a heartfelt moment in the ring during the immediate aftermath of the fight.

In a newly released clip, Crawford approaches Spence and tells him, “I appreciate you. You know why? Because if it wasn’t for you, this would never have happened. So I appreciate you. You’re a hell of a fighter. You already know that. I don’t even gotta tell you that. I appreciate this opportunity.”

Navarrete puts his WBO junior lightweight world title on the line against former two-division world champion Oscar Valdez (31-1, 23 KOs) on Saturday, August 12, at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.

My first trip to Las Vegas was when I was 16 years old. I was studying in high school in Boston, and my dad invited me to accompany him in that historic fight in which Mike Tyson became the youngest heavyweight champion of the world in history at just 20 years of age.

Arriving at “Sin City,” as it is popularly called, I was immediately surprised by the street lights and the spectacles, that everything itself captivates.

Back then, there was Caesars Palace, a few other hotels on the strip like the Ballys, Flamingo, Sahara, and far away from everything, the Hilton, which is where the bout was held.

Promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed the co-feature for Leigh Wood’s WBA featherweight world title defense against Josh Warrington at the Utilita Arena in Sheffield, England, live worldwide on DAZN.

“I’m delighted to announce the chief support bout for what will a monster night of world title action on Saturday October 7,” said Matchroom Sport Chairman Eddie Hearn. “Two-weight world champion Terri Harper gets the biggest fight of her life as she makes the first defense of her WBA super welterweight world title against former pound-for-pound #1 and undisputed welterweight ruler Cecilia Braekus, with the vacant WBO crown now also on the line.”

Harper and Braekhus were originally slated to square off on the Katie Taylor vs. Chantelle Cameron show in Dublin earlier this year, but Braekhus, 41, was forced to withdraw on the morning of the fight due to an illness.
