Huck returns Saturday!

Three days before their fights on Saturday in Bayreuth, Germany, Marco "Captain" Huck, Alexander Frenkel, Francesco Pianeta and Cecila Braekhus today all participated in a public work-out under the guidance of coach Ulli Wegner.

In the main event, Huck (20-1, 15 KOs) and Frantisek Kasanic (12-2, 12 KOs) will clash for the IBF intercontinental title. "This is a chance I will not miss out on," an optimistic Huck stated. "I will win the belt." It will be Huck's second bout back since coming up short in a world title shot against IBF champion Steve Cunningham.

Up-and-coming cruiserweight Alexander Frenkel (14-0, 10 KOs) is preparing for a special bout in front of his home fans. He´ll fight Cory Phelps (12-3, 7 KOs) for the IBF youth cruiserweight title. "I grew up in Wurzburg which is not very far from here," he said. "There will be many fans supporting me. It´s like a home match for me and a very important fight."

The First Lady (6-0, 2 KOs) was in the ring first. "I am looking forward to the fight on Saturday," she said ahead of the meeting with Adelita Irizarry (4-1, 2 KOs) "I want to show that I have become much stronger in the past weeks."

Next in ring was gifted youngster Francesco Pianeta. The 23-year-old WBC youth heavyweight champion (15-0, 9 KOs) will take on Michael Marrone (18-0, 13 KOs). "I have trained very hard for the fight and I am eager to keep the title," he stated. "I am in great shape."
