“Don’t
touch it, just have a look! Fritz says” – Mario Veit at the
Chocolate Factory Halloren
It was
a nice, interesting and seductive change today for the WBC
International Champion Mario Veit. He was invited to the Halloren
Chocolate Factory, a trademark of the city of Halle, and was
able to have a closer look at the production of the famous
Halloren choclate.
At every
corner of the factory, the oldest chocolate factory in Germany,
there was the sweet temptation of the smell and sight of pralines
and chocolate bars but Mario resisted as he needs to make
weight for the fight with Denis Inkin on Saturday at the Brandberge
Arena in Halle. “I have eaten the Halloren pralines since
my childhood and it’s great to see when the production is
going” Mario Veit smiles.
Always
by his side is Fritz Sdunek's assistant coach (former world
lightweight champion) Artur Grigorian who was keeping an eye
on Mario so that he doesn’t do any forbidden things. "Don’t
touch it, just have a look - coach Fritz says," warned
Grigorian constantly. Mario tried just a little bit of chocolate
and even took a bag with him to the hotel, for later as he
had to go back for his training session.

Information
about the Halloren Chocolate Factory:
For more than 200 years there has been production of chocolate
such as pralines in Halle. This long tradition with the finest
ingredients is the basis of the success and a foundation of
being the longest established chocolate factory in Germany.
